Hello!

After days dealing wirth profiles, lost messages, and etc... I now have this other problem: The CEO Big Guy, President, Owner boss, etc, etc.. cannot send or receive e-mail with body content. We're running SBS 2000, he's got a Win2k PC with Outlook 2003 rather than 2002 as the rest of the network. People can send messages to him and even to multiple people on the network including him, and everybody else but him receives body content. He can see to/from date and subject information, but cannot read anything besides that. We have tested Outlook Web Access to check if it was Outlook 2003, but it happens the same. So I htink there might be something in Exchange 2000 that is making something going wrong.

We installes Panda AntiVirus with Exchange (money talked) and after a day of installing it the whole thing started. I disabled it, and the problem continued. I also checked Exchange reports and everything seems to be OK. I disabled mailbox managing to see if that's has to do with it.. but still no messages with body received or sent.

Have any clue of what's going on?

TRILLION THANKS Anticipated

What version of IE is in that machine.
Try Upgrading to IE 6.0 and post back.

Hello! It turned out to be Panda. They said I have to upgrade from version 0.0001 to version 0.0002 to fix this. It only happens with Outlook 2003, so that's why nobody else on the network was having problems.

Million Thanks!!!
