Outlook with Terminal Server

We are wanting to use Outlook over Terminal Server to allow users to access their email. This is a non-Exchange environment with individual PST file being stored on network drive. How can you move the Outlook Email Account settings to the terminal server? Are the Outlook profile settings only stored in the local registry or somewhere else?
