Outlook will not send w/Adobe Photoshop CS present.

Whenever I have Photoshop active and attempt to use Outlook, Outlook will not send emails. Of course if I close Photoshop, then Outlook will send. Anyone know a way to solve this problem so that I do not have to close Photoshop to send email from Outlook?

Do you get an error from outlook- if so what is it.
If you don’t get an error, how do you know it is not sending?

I just tried with CS2 and outlook 2002, and I did not have a problem. (just an FYI)

I do not get an error message. It just sits there not sending. As soon as I close Photoshop the message will send. I have Office 2003, and Photoshop CS.
