Outlook will not print to one network printer sometimes.

We have 2 printers on the network. Printer A is shared from a WinNT system and printer B is a network printer. Sometimes when I attempt to print from MS Outlook to printer A (my default printer) the output will go to the other printer. If I click on File->Print the list of printers is dimmed. This only occurs if I print in memo Style. Printing in table style allows either printer to be selected and prints correctly. Outlook is the only application that has this problem. Other applications print correctly to either printer.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
