When I go to address an email using OWA, and the address is NOT in my contacts folder or in the Address book, the Check Names Web Page Dialog opens. It will not allow me to send the email because it doesn't recognize the name. Obviously, this is a problem when trying to send a email to anyone outside of the organization using OWA.

MS website has nothing on this that I can see. Any ideas?
