when using OWA to read my email, i am able to read everything except the body of the email. when i view the source code and scroll down to the body section of the code. there are no "text". can't figure out what is causing this.

Hello I had this same problem. It was caused by running one of the updates that microsoft had put out. So I deinstalled the security update.
It may be caused by the up date number Q313576
1.unistall this update
2.applied the post sp4 hotfix for cdo files Q289606
3.stopped the W3svc service
4.Registered the cdo files through command prompt
5.Restarted the W3svc service

Also the cdo files where Exchsrvr\bin\cdohtml.dll and
winnt\system32\cdo.dll
You must rename these these files to old before you start.
This all must be done on the exchange server.

Hope this helps it fixed my problem with this
