I upgraded from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003 last week and have not been able to get my OWA to work properly since! I have forms based authentication enabled, and when I try to log in I get the following error:

-2147467259 (0x80004005)

The address bar of the browser shows
I tried to search TechNet for an answer, but as usual there doesn't seem to be anything out (at least not that I can find). Does anyone have any suggestions of what to try? I have users that are starting to breathe flames down the back on my neck!

I still haven't found a solution to this one... I did find one reference this this error, but it only applied to front end servers and mine is a back end server. No ideas?

For anyone who is interested I did eventually find the source of the problem. The ASP.NET application somehow got corrupted during the Exchange upgrade and the IIS registration had to be rerun but executing the following command.

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\aspnet_regiis.exe -i
