I have a number of staff who cannot access OWA from their home PC. All of the affected staff are running Vista Home. When they browse to the site in IE7 they get the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" message. I know that one user has succesfully accessed OWA before and that on the same PC OWA can be accessed via Firefox. Is it a certificate issue or is it a Vista issue?
This is not affecting all external users, only a handful so I'm content that OWA is running fine on the server.

There is a specific patch for Exchange/OWA which takes care of this. Windows Vista no longer includes support for the ActiveX control that is used for HTML editing in Outlook Web Access.
