Outlook WEB Access failing

We are running exchange 5.5 on WIN/2000 with the latest service packs. Since we applied all the service packs, Outlook WEB access keeps failing. There are no errors logged and all services are running, but users can not authenticated via the WEB. Authentication screen comes up, but authentication fails. Internet mail runs on the same server and that continues to run okay. Reboot clears up the problem for awhile.

Any ideas on why this is suddenly happening would be appreciated. It the past this happened a few times, but always after a messed up setup bombarded it with bad authentication requests. Now it is failing when there are no client problems.

Hi Buddy,

I had the same problem and applied these 2 patches and it solved our problem. It ended up being that putting outlook 2003 on a few of our machines caused the OWA problem.
