I have a user, Mick, with MS Exchange Client and Outlook 97. Another user's (Lynn) mailbox is in his Client Exchange configuaration each morning when he turns on his pc and logs in. I change it back and he is fine until the next morning. I am running Exchange 5.5 on an NT 4 Server. Mick's PC n was never used by Lynn. I imagine it is some sort of database corruption, but I am not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

Check his PC for *.OST files (is he a laptop user?).

You could always delete his mail profile and recreate it.

Problem solved, It was the user profile found under "passwords" in the control panel(good place for it Bill). Thanks for your help! I ended up deleting profile and setting up PC as single user. This user as well as the other user were configured to read his settings from the network and somehow he was picking up the other user's profile. Turning off the feature was my easiest solution.

Thanks again,

Gerry
