When composing a new message to be sent out in Outlook, I usually type in just the first name of the person I want to send it to, or the "nickname" if one is designated. There are several people with the same first name or first three letters of a name in my Contacts list. When I want to type in a shortcut name in the To: box, the red line appears and gives me options of who to select. For example, I type in "Dia", right click on the red underlined word, and 3 Dianes and Dianas popup, including their email and fax numbers.
The part I want to get rid of is when outlook offers me the fax numbers as an option to choose. I have disabled winfax and never fax from outlook or my computer - How can I get rid of the fax numbers on the popup menu??
