Is there a maximum response time between a server and a station to retrieve mails on outlooks express ?
I ask as a user in Poland is trying to access his mails over a dial-up connection, with a response time of between 600-1500ms. He can connect to the INTRANET ok (very slow)but is unable to download e-mails.
When he connects to a different international RAS with a response time of between 100-300ms he can access and send mails Ok.
Any ideas ? as it's got me stumped !!!
