Outlook Task List add-in?

Is there any products out there to enhance the task list? I would like a daily list of tasks that I can prioritize in the list (maybe a column to place numbers to sort on). When tasks are completed they are 'checked as completed' and the next day copies the previous day list with only non completed in the same task order. I may be dreaming, but I thought someone had a product like that that could be used in Outlook.

Anyone have any insight to a product or how I would begin programming such an item (fyi I am a novice programmer).
