outlook stationary 1

Hi,
I have been trying to get Outlook Express to stop using stationary. I have gone in to Tools-Options-COmpse, and for Stationary, it says Blank. Yet when I start new email, there is stationary. I have to goto Format-Stationary within the new email and choose none.
Any ideas why I cant turn it off?

Wow I figured it out...
Your idea made me look agian. I went into Tools-Options-Compose. The option stationary said blank, but I UNCHECKED the box that said Mail in Stationary filed adn started new message - VOILA it worked.
Thanks to Dream for making me take a second look !
