Outlook starts only one time after email configuration

Hello!
I have still problems with exchange server. When I configure the email configuration using the contol panel and I enter the IP adress of the server instead of the NetBios name I can start Outlook one time. But I cannot import/export files or open outlook a second time usually. Starting oulook works about 20 minutes after I've configured the email configuration. Sometimes I can start outlook again but takes much time then.

Obviously you have a name resolution problem. Check that WINS and/or DNS are configured correctly or create an appropriate hosts file entry.
