I am trying to create a "Business Card" style signature for MS Outlook with Text and a Graphic (jpg)
Everything is fine when I create, and for sending, and for the Receiving.
The problem is when the Receiver tries to Print the e-mail the graphic does not print (All else does)

What is the file extension of the graphic and is it embedded or attached to the mail?

It is a Hyperlinked *.jpg graphic
It is inserted in HTML format into the Signature

Unfortunately, that's just the way it is. The graphic will not print.

It does, refer to for their ideas of using Business Card style signatures for Outlook
After further investigation It could be just Outlook '98

are you aware of  ?

I Can print from my Home PC - Running Windows XP, IE 6.0 and Outlook 2002
My WOrk has Windows 2000, IE 5.5 and Outlook '98
In Outlook '98 under tools/options/Mail format tab there is no Internet Options button where as in Outlook 2002 it has and in there you can select to send as attachments.
If then under the 'Print' (File Menu) you select to print attachments it works fine(Outlook 2002)

Hi guys,
This is all well and good but for the recepient to print the signature they will have to go through the whole process above, Not ideal, the signature would look better without a graphic and would cause less fuss at the other end.
