Outlook: Signature line spacing wrong

Hi

One of my colleagues made some signatures in Outlook (I had to disable the option 'use MS word for editing...'). When he inserts one of the signatures in a new (or reply) message, the line spacing seems to be double. The problem is I don't see where to change it. Is this a common problem with a common solution?

I uploaded a screenshot of the e-mail message. This might show a little better what I want to say:
