Outlook - sending email issue

I want to send the email to multiple recipients (200).
However, when the recipient receives them email, I want that recipients name to be the only visible name on the To: list.

Is this possibele ?

use BCC; but I don't know if there's a limit to the number of recipients - you may have to break it up into groups and send a couple of times.

thanks, found a better way than the BCC option.
Using the mail merge option on the tools menu, shown when a contacts folder is highlighted, allows for a document created in word, to be sent to a list of specified contacts in an email format. The email created from the mail merge creates a seperate email for each contact.
