When our HR dept. sets up an interview it will usually involve 3 or more people who need to appear at the interview at different time.
Example: An applicant comes in for a 4 hour period and the first hour is with Joe Blow, the second with say Rick Stick, the third with Jill Hill, and the forth hour is for testing.
HR would like to be able to send 1 e-mail to all people involved but only have outlook put the specified time on the person's calendar.
Is this even possible?

I tried this in the past and couldn't do it as it's the appointment time that is key
i.e. One appointment One mail
Someone may know how (I hope)

Phil,
I received a post from James on another forum:

Outlook does not have this capability using the default Appointment or Meeting Request forms. You have a couple of options without resorting to 3rd-party software.

First option is to create a custom form that will contain multiple instances of meeting date and time fields - one for each invitee. This option is more challenging to develop and maintain, but is easier to use if the appointment change frequently.

Second option is to create a macro using VBA that the HR folks can use to create and schedule the appointments. This method will not use a single form as an end result, but would allow your HR people to use just a single form to create the appointments. This option is the simplest to implement, but is more difficult if the appointments change frequently.'James'

Hope this helps you too
Becky
