Outlook Rules Wizard?

I read online that with Outlook 2002 came rules wizard which can allow you to have a macro to run against incoming messages.

I have outlook 2003 and can't seem to find it any where. I've searched high and low.

Is there samething that I need to download and then add in?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Never mind, I found it.

I had no account setup in there so that's why it didn't show up. Once I created an account it showed up.
