We have Symantec Mail Security for Exchange with the Premium Anti-spam add-on. In the Spam actions section of the Anti-spam program, we have it deliver the spam email to an alternate recipient, ie administrator@mycompany.com. We also have the word 'spam' added to the subject line of the email. In Outlook 2003, we set up a rule that looks for the word 'spam' in the subject line and says to move the email to a folder called 'Spam'. The rule works perfectly when you run the rule on email in the inbox. However, when spam email is delivered, it is delivered to the 'junk email' folder. I have turned off the email filtering in the 'junk email' settings in Outlook, so why does it still end up in junk email? is there some other filtering that outlook does that is not a rule?
Thanks!
