I use 2 Outlook mailboxes - one is my personal mailbox and the other is a public mailbox used by several users to send/receive e-mail. Each mailbox is using a unique Outlook profile.
In order to create a rule that applies ONLY to the public mailbox I must access Outlook using that mailbox's profile. Therefore if I create a "Checks messages after sending" rule for that mailbox, that rule will not run if I send mail from that mailbox while logged into Outlook through my personal profile.
The question - How is a "Check messages after sending" rule setup to run only on a specific mailbox, regardless if the user is accessing that mailbox via the mailbox profile or their own personal profile?
Thanks.
