Outlook RTF body received as text?

Hi all,

I've created a great program that emails the salespeople their invoices for the day. I got much of the details from this website.

I'm running a report and exporting with an RTF format. Next I include the file as the body of the email.

After the program runs I can view the email in Outlook. It is an RTF type item and looks great. But when I send and receive it, the body comes back as Text and thus the formating is all screwed up.

Why is that?

In Outlook I have emails being sent as HTML.

Can anyone help? Thanks

Sounds like you are sendint the body as RFT type email and their client may be set up for txt only.

You might attach it as a file.

Not sure but Iit might be something to look at.
