Using Outlook 2003 and Win XP.
Whenever I minimize the program (either by the little Minimize button in the top right corner or via the Windows logo key/m combination to minimize all open programs), the button in the task bar (the bar with the Start button- couldn't remember exactly what it is called) disappears. I can no longer re-maximize Outlook via the taskbar button. Nor will the Outlook choice show up when I Alt-Tab through the open programs. The only way to re-maximize Outlook is to click on the Outlook icon that I have in the Quick Launch tray.
The program does not close, it just isn't showing the icons in the two normal locations.
This only happens with Outlook and is 100% consistent in how this is acting. Outlook does work normally otherwise.
Any thoughts?
Nick
