Outlook Query

Hi guys,

I have a client that has set up his outlook to connect to his exchange 2000 server. Everything works fine except that he has selected an option somewhere to sore all his emails in a pst file instead of keeping them on the exchange server.

How and where can i change this back to how it should be. i will then reimport his emails back onto the exchange server.

Any help much appreciated.

On Tools-Services (or Tools-Accounts), add the Exchange server as a service, then on the Delivery tab, set it to the Mailbox instead of the Personal folders.

the outlook version is 2003 !!! the obove option is not available

Control Panel, Email, create a new Profile.
Afterwards, open the PST and move the mails to the server.

I was tempted to have the OP post in the Office forum since it's really an Office issue and not Exchange....<sigh>
