OUTLOOK-public calendars under my Calendars

I have a problem with one user. There are a couple of public folder calanders for away lists and booking rooms etc. He wants these folders to appear under his "My Calendar" folder. Easy peasy I thought!

I clicked on the public folder on his machine and clicked add to favourites. Now on mine this worked fine but on his the calander does not appear.

Any ideas why !
