OUTLOOK profile generator

Hi guys.
Hope you can help solving this one.
I have to make this program "Outlook profile generator" working, and I have no clue about it. If anyone can give me a walktrough I would be really greatfull. If not plz answer this question:
How do I make a .PRF file?

Thank you, but thats about .PST files, and my problem is that I need help for .PRF files. So if you have something more of that kind of help, plz come with it
