Whenever I open outlook 2000 on a specific client machine running windows 2000, it brings up a message box asking me if i would like to enable or disable macros, this box comesup whenever I open any email message, Is there anyway I can get rid of it.

Drop your security level. Tools >> Macro >> Security. Select low for no prompts re: macros.
