outlook printing 100 plus pages for ONE email

Hi All,

My problem is that when one user prints an email (and it could be a 2 line email), the email prints between 200-450 pages.
facts:
1. she is using outlook 2000 (don't ask) which has all the latest patches.
2. the problem doesn't occur with the other office programs. Only outlook.
3. Only one user is having this problem.

I left the computer downloading the latest patches but in case that is not the solution does anyone have any troubleshooting ideas ?

update: still experiencing the problem. However, if a a message is in HTML then it will print the exact number of pages that it should and the print preview is grayed.

If the email is in any other format the print preview option is not grayed out but when I attempt to print the message it will be 100 Plus pages.
