outlook prf, work for both 2002/2003?

Hey

could someone tell me if the prf (profile) file is different for outlook XP(2002) and Outlook 2003?

so would i need 2 different files or just 1 and it will work on both

what does this key do?

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Setup\First-Run

Its also in the HKLM
