Outlook personal file backup was installed on a laptop and then I uninstalled Outlook. I reinstalled and then went to reinstall the back-up add-in. The error told me that I could not install until I removed/uninstalled the add-in and to use Add/Remove Programs. I went into Add/Remove programs and it is no longer there. I can't install and can't uninstall. This is in a domain environment and the user and I have admin priveledges. This is really confusing. I wanted to look in the registry, but I was unsure what to look for. If I did not make my point clear, there was a program listed in Add/Remove Programs prior to the uninstall and reinstall of Outlook. Thanks.
