I have a user using Outlook 2000 client and has the view set to "messages with auto preview", no problem. When this user logs onto OWA (2003) only unread messages are displayed in the inbox? do they have anything in common? I don't see any OWA options for setting views except reading pane.

I think there's a view setting at the top of it. This is not a stuck view. It can be changed. 2003 OWA is great.

No view, just options (not there) and show/hide reading pane.

The view setting is right beside the Inbox banner in the OWA 2003 version. I agree, I love the new OWA 2003.

Holy Crap, I never saw that! Thank You!
