Hi! I can't get mail from a remote dial up connection. They are able to dial in and have access to the network but they cannot get mail. they are using outlook express. I checked the account settings, everything's ok there. I also reset all the mail services on my exchange server. help. Has anyone come across this problem before? I already checked technet.
