Outlook Office 2000 prob

When trying to print from outlook to a local printer HP2100 Laserjet Outlook produces following error: program part sous_menu xxxxxxxx <- number. It doesn't do this always but most of the times we try to print. Any idea?

I have an HP LJ2100 connected to my system and had a similar problem. I downloaded the most recent driver and haven't had it since.

Note: before loading the updated driver, you may want to completely remove the printer from the system and reload it with the new driver. Mahalo,
