Outlook multiple messages

I have a client who receives multiple email from some contacts. Also, I have one supplier, who I get 2 emails each time he send me one.
Any ideas?

i've the same problem in outlook2003sp1 running on wxpsp2, but i don't have the solution...

anyone can provide the solution? many thanks!

Do the emails include large attachments?

On system, no. The supplier emails has images on them.
