I know this may sound like a trivial question, but when the guy who signs your paycheck asks, you find the answer.
We are using an Exchange 5.5 server running on NT 4.0. My boss hooks to this using Outlook via the Corporate/Workgroup configuration. He has two computers - A laptop running Win98 SE with Office 97 and Outlook 98 and a desktop with Win98 SE and Office/Outlook XP (2002) When he prints his monthly calendar from Outlook 98, the all day events are listed at the top of each day in a gray shaded box. When he prints from Outlook XP, they are at the top of the day in a white box. They are both going to the same HP LaserJet 2100, queued off of an NT 4.0 server. I have checked the settings, clicked and unclicked the "Print gray shading." I have, in desperation, tried different paper types (Letter, DayTimer, etc) I cannot find anything that would cause the difference. Did Microsoft make a change, or am I missing some small checkmark right infront of my face.
Thanks for any help.
