OUTLOOK Model ?

Hi,

Could you help me please ?

I've more than 600 outlook clients .. and the main part use model (a specific mail with specific signature), see case1.

case 1:

Dear Mr,

....

Best regards,
Bill Gates.

And for one client, when he use a model everytime, his personal signature is added to the end of the model (see case 2).

case2:

Dear Mr,

....

Bill Gates.

what's wrong ?

when i use a model i don't want to add a personal signature !
