Outlook messages creating in DW

Just a quick question probably might sound a little wierd.

Some of you may have recieved newsletter emails in the past that when you open is displayed in a webpage fornat but still in the email environment, mcafee do it.

It contains hotlinks and pictures etc

I want to create one for our company newsletter. I have managed it but was wondering if anyone knew how to officailly do it.

I created the message in dreamweaver and then previewed it in IE6. I was then able to select all and paste it into a new outlook message.

This worked but I did get a few probs with an image. Is this the correct way to do it.

In outlook I believe you can do:

Message/New Message Using>/Select Stationary

This might accomplish what you want.
