Here is the situation:
We have someone in the company who is in a different position then she was previously. In her prior position she scheduled many meetings and invited many people to them. Now, she is in another position any is no longer aware if a meeting is rescheduled or cancelled. We would like to have someone else take over those meeting requests and schedules. Making another person a delegate to original person's e-mail is not an option. We are in a domain environment as well. Is the only solution to have the original person cancel all the meetings and have the new person send out a new invation? One last detail, we are using Office XP in a Windows XP environment. Thank you.
