Outlook Meeting Request problem

We have a user who is trying to arrange a meeting with one of their employees, but when she attempts to do this in a meeting request and puts in the employee name, it will resolve their name, but it will shoe the No Information bar in the time slot (The black and white lined bar).

Has anyone seen this before and know how to fix this?
