In the past two days I have moved a little more then a dozen mailboxs from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007. On 3 users Outlook 2007's it continues to ask for a username and password for the new server. The user then enters their info "DOMAIN\username" & "passord" that is exactly like their logon. Is Exchange on the new server not communicating with Active Directory properly? What might this issue be?

Check Outlook accounts set up is set to NTLM Auth rather than none.

Checked and this did not work.

That is a very helpful article but nothing in it helped solved this issue. I created a new profile on the machine for that user and Outlook runs fine and does not keep asking for a password.

Does anyone know what folder or file I would delete in a users profile under Documents and Settings that would remove all Outlook settings without haveing to rename the old profile and allow an entire new one be created.

Thats what I thought but somehow this worked. Before that I tried an uninstall / reinstall with no luck. Thought it wouldn't hurt to try a new profile.
