Outlook in cached mode

Is there a way to force global address book updates? When in cached mode new Dist. Lists etc to not show up. I have to disable cached mode on the users machine close Outlook. Reopen the changes then show. Then close Outlook again then renable cached mode. Some machines retain the changes in non cached mode some do not. I want to force the address book to update on teh cached machines. Can this be done?
