Outlook hyperlink problem...

Outlook unable to open hyperlink in html email. Whenever click on the underlink hyperlink, IE seem to be open, but not appear as window. IE is appear as processes from windows task manager, but using around 9k of memory, when click on the link. I had tried reset IE but not much help, and lot of suggestion from the forum post but without and luck. IE is running fine when click manually.

Outlook 2000
windows 2000 pro
IE 6.0
