outlook html gone

Hello,
All of a sudden, my outlook 2003 emails no longer show images or web references. Instead, the image is now HTML text {INCLUDEDPICTURE "CID:image001.gif@01C709BC.15CD34A0" \* MERGEFORMATINET}.

And my signature hyperlink instead of being

http://www.echoscribe.com

is {HYPERLINK "

http://www.echoscribe.com"}

My son pressed a bunch of keyboard buttons before this happened. What did he change and how can I get it back?

The view is already set at HTML (TOOLS/OPTIONS/MAIL FORMAT is already set at HTML)

don't fight it....... do a re-install of Outllok and REPAIR. It will hold all you data and setting, just repair the mistake, or not. there will be no ill affects by doing it. It'll work or you'll be in the same boat. OK
