There is a way. "Easy" might not be the correct word.
Several ways:
1/
You can export and import everything from Outlook to Notes. For this you will have to build a view and experiment a bit with TXT files and settings untill you got it right.
2/
You can use the Microsoft mail migration tool that comes with your Lotus Notes. Never tried it however. Look in the Administration help for more info about this. Do a search on "Outlook" to get all relevant topics.
3/
You can write a script to automate the import. For this you will need to be very experienced with designing in Notes however.
