I'm using MS Outlook 2003 on a MS Exchange Server setup.

I've created a Group Schedule for a small team of people (5 people). The schedule works great for managing that team in a short term view because it only allows a three month forward view ("No Information" available for future dates). How do I extend that forward view to have 12 months visibilty ?

Any help or ideas really appreciated.

Thanks.

Not to ride your coattails - but we have the same issue - and I'm hoping to find the answer here ... We also cannot see the schedule for new appointments / new meetings after March 1, 2007

In Outlook (I'm using OL2K at the moment, I don't have OL2K3 available. If you're using OL2K3 it should be somehting similar) go to tools ->options and click on Calendar options. Then click on Free/Busy Options. The default is 2 months. You can change it to whatever you like and then OK your way out.

Cheers.

My question / concern - we have 5k+ users and unless we can push the change via GPO or SMS or something similar - that is not a very valid option @ the enterprise lvl. Is it possible to have a server side option to change? or Has anybody run across the registry entry or a script / shortcut to do this? I've changed MY outlook to reflect 7 months - but it still does not show anybody else's schedule - we have changed about a dozen people's outlook setting to reflect 7 mths - and after it updates / replicates - I'll test and post the answer here - but surely there has got to be a better solution that updating each user's Outlook 2k3 profile on each pc ... stuck with no idea...

Sad as it may be - the solution works - must be changed @ the client level - we are working to publish the changes via SMS - but if anyone has any more guidance / recommendation - I'm all ears. :) Thanks for your input!
