Hi guys,
I know this is one of those 'million maybes' kind of questions.
I have a user with Outlook 2002 on win xp machine.
If the machine is idle with only Outlook open it will often freeze after an hour or so. It seems to do this in the middle of a send receive.
This then freezes everything and even task manager nor tskill can kill the app/process.
detect /repair is no good and repair with cd is no good so i want to just uninstall and install clean version of 2003 instead.
Are there any reg entries which hang around when I uninstall and also,
does the outlook.pst file/archive.pst file just live in the same place in 2003?
TIA
