how to save as vfb files or is it automaticaly saved

What goal are you trying to accomplish? It basically sounds like you want to share your Outlook Calendar with others. If that is the case, you can share your Calendar by:

[ol]
[li]Right Click on your Calendar icon from the Outlook Folder List and choose Properties.[/li]
[li]Under the Permissions tab assign the appropriate accesses to the user(s) with whom you wish to share your Calendar. If you are granting accesses to a large list of users, consider granting access to an Outlook distribution list containing all those users (if one exists) as opposed to granting accesses individually.[/li]
[li]Once permissions are setup as desired click OK. [/li]
[li]Users granted access can then open your calendar by doing File | Open | Other User's Folder... in their Outlook sessions. They will be initially prompted to select the user name (you) and the folder (calendar) they wish to view.[/li]
[/ol]

Hi
Thanks for ur reply. I want to put my calendar on the network using Outlook Free/Busy feature and update it so that everyone can see my calendar know my free busy information. Its not like sharing the calendar. Please let me know.

thank you

Short of granting view access to the Calendar, the only way I know how to share this info is by having the person whom wishes to see your schedule create a New Meeting, add your name, and view the Scheduling tab.

Sorry for the runon...
