I have created a couple of forms in Outlook that allow messages in Public Folders to be saved as proper messages that can be replied to by email. The forms also BCC any replies to the Public Folder so we can track them. This is done as described on the following web page:

The problem I am having is that once I have created a form, I often find there are things I want to change. But I can't seem to get any changes to save properly. When I make my changes and save and/or publish the form then try and use them the old versions of the form return. I have been incrementing the version number of the form, and that doesn't make a difference.

Can anyone help? --
