I have received various e-mails that contain pictures. When the e-mail is opened I get small X's on the picture. In my Internet options I have checked "show pictures" but still get the x's. I use Norton and if that has something to do with it what should I do?
I also rcvd a notice from Sprine PCS and when I clicked on that all I got was a small square in the upper left corner and in the lower corner it said "done

Does it say 'Some pictures have been blocked to help prevent the sender from identifying your computer. Click here to download pictures.'
